World number 203 Emilio Nava received a wildcard to the main draw at the US Open for a second year after performing well in a four-set defeat to Lorenzo Sonego this time last season. The American will attract most of the support here but it is unlikely that there will be a significant presence on Court 7 at the start of play and consummate professional Millman should be able to pass this particular test. Back the Aussie to win outright with four or even five sets fairly likely.
