The Colombian faces a reasonable chance at the upset here against world number 117 Dominik Koepfer, though, as the German continues to struggle with form and fitness. The 28-year-old set a career-high ATP world ranking of 50th this time last season but a 2-5 record for 2022 suggests this match could see a few sets go both ways and the longer it progresses the better chance Galan has at edging it.
