THE PREDICTION
World number 13 Cam Norrie came back from a set down to beat Hugo Dellien on Friday and he remains on track for an immediate rematch with Carlos Alcaraz, who beat him in the Argentina Open final last weekend. 26-year-old Bernabe Zapata Miralles should not be underestimated, though, as the Spaniard will set a new career-high ATP world ranking of around 42nd after overcoming clay veteran Albert Ramos-Vinolas in three sets on Friday. Zapata Miralles has made back-to-back semi-finals on tour for the first time in his career as he continues to improve on his favoured surface, a rise that began last summer when he produced a remarkable run to the round of 16 at Roland-Garros. This first meeting should come close between the two but playing Norrie’s unorthodox style for the first time tends to upset most players’ rhythms. Back the Brit to win outright, although taking him to earn at least a set would be a wise concession for an accumulator.
