AMANDA ANISIMOVA VS QINWEN ZHENG PREDICTION
Amanda Anisimova produced a strong performance in the second round as she overcame ninth seed Daria Kasatkina 7-6 6-4. She will know she has to improve in certain areas especially as she served five double faults and no aces. She will likely need to improve her first serve against her round of 16 opponent Qinwen Zheng.
The fifth seed Qinwen has hammered both of her opponents so far losing just a total of seven games combined when beating Kamilla Rakhimova and then Nadia Podoroska. This will be a much tougher test for her here but she can take confidence from their recent previous meeting.
The pair met at the US Open just a few weeks ago and after losing the first set, Qinwen Zheng came back to take the next two to progress. She will be fresh coming into this one and while Anisimova is playing quite well right now, Qinwen should have too much all-round quality and we favour her to make it to the quarter-finals.
