This should be an enthralling contest between two former Grand Slam champions with a storied history of thrilling matches against each other. World number 11 Petra Kvitova completely dismissed in-form Ons Jabeur for three games on Thursday as she looks to have put her fitness issues well behind her to reach the quarter-finals without dropping a set. The 31-year-old has two Grand Slam titles to her name both won at Wimbledon, where world number 22 Angelique Kerber won one of her three Grand Slam titles. The German recently made the semi-finals at SW19 and has taken her sudden, excellent form straight into Cincinnati where she has twice been a runner-up.
