This is a massive opportunity for one of Peter Gojowczyk and Henri Laaksonen, both well outside the top 100 players in the world, to reach the round of 16 at a Grand Slam for the first time. 32-year-old Gojowczyk has already reached his furthest stage at a major at the age of 32 and that will be a powerful force of joy for Laaksonen to stop, although the Swiss is also facing redemption for an injury that kept him out of the third round at Roland-Garros this June.
