World number 12 Belinda Bencic is still clearly riding the emotional highs of her shock Gold Medal, and Doubles Silver alongside Viktorija Golubic, won at the Tokyo Olympic Games last month. The Swiss will take some serious stopping in this mood, especially on her favoured surface at the Grand Slam she has enjoyed by far the most success in her young career. Bencic and Trevisan will meet for the first time on Thursday with a fair gulf in quality between them at this moment in time and taking Bencic to win in straight sets seems a solid option.
