World number 18 Cristian Garin is a strong candidate to make the final at the Nordea Open as the second seed here and he is yet to drop a set after beating Pedro Martinez on Wednesday. The Chilean will face fellow South-American Federico Coria for a second time in confidence after beating the Argentinian in three sets in the quarter-finals of last year’s Rio Open. World number 77 Coria has come through two tough opponents on clay in Francisco Cerundolo and Marco Cecchinato so far and he has reached three Challenger finals in recent weeks, winning the first of them back in June.
