World number five Stefanos Tsitsipas moved one step closer to a fairly likely Lyon Open title with an assured straight-sets win over Yoshihito Nishioka on Friday. The Greek will face Lorenzo Musetti for a second time this year, and for another semi-final, after beating the 19-year-old at the Mexican Open back in March. World number 88 Musetti overcame a strong rebuff from Aljaz Bedene yesterday and is earning more and more support from the French spectators in Lyon as a crowd pleaser but Tsitsipas should have his number in this semi-final with the Greek in imperious form. This will be a wonderful spectacle between two of the more graceful players on tour but all-in-all Tsitsipas should be winning this match in comfortable straight sets at this moment in time.
