THE PREDICTION
Guido Pella was making his way back into his first round match against Jannik Sinner at last week’s Madrid Open before having to retire from his second successive match so this tie looks like one to leave alone. If The 30-year-old Argentine can stay fit he is a handful on this surface but Pella has struggled all year for form and fitness and Marton Fucsovics is not the kind of opponent you want to face on your return from injury. The 29-year-old has struggled to bed into tournaments of late after an excellent start to the 2021 season but he beat Pella in their only previous meeting back in 2018 at the Hamburg Open and more of the same looks likely here. Leave this out of an accumulator but the Hungarian should be able to win this in two.
