The current world number 97 looks set to shoot up the world rankings no matter what happens here in an intriguing third round encounter with in-form Jan-Lenard Struff, who backed up an incredible five-set win over Andrey Rublev with an assured three-set victory against Facundo Bagnis. Struff is probably the underdog now for this contest which seems a little unfair but the crowd who have supported the German well all week look likely to turn on him for this teenage sensation and the 31-year-old will have to deal with that in real time. There looks to be sets in this for both players and realistically Struff should be the winner of this match if he can maintain calm and the level with which he has been playing. Take the German to win at least a set here as he battles Alcaraz and countless expectant fans.
