World number 51 Federico Delbonis will be hoping to take his excellent recent clay form into Roland-Garros with a bang here against Radu Albot but the Moldovan won their last battle on this surface. 31-year-old Albot is always good value at a Grand Slam as a player with a positive mentality for every ball and a three-set victory at the Lyon Open back in 2018 suggests there will be sets in this match for both players. However, Delbonis has been in some of the best form of his late career having made at least the quarter-finals in three of his last four tournaments, with wins over David Goffin, Felix Auger-Aliassime and Pablo Carreno Busta sticking out as three top 25 wins. World number 89 Albot rarely bombs out of a Slam without taking a set so take Delbonis to win this one outright.
