25-year-old Mario Vilella Martinez started 2021 off well by reaching the round of 16 of the Great Ocean Road Open and he equalled that feat at the Andalucia Open last month but otherwise the Spaniard is still largely a Challenger circuit player. The qualifier will face 11th seed and fellow Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut on Sunday with little hope of making it through on his Roland-Garros debut but he will be a tricky player to oust. 33-year-old Bautista Agut far prefers his time on hard courts and has not made it past the round of 16 at any clay tournament this season but it should take a top 30 player to oust him. RBA in straight sets is a fairly risky pick considering he has not played for over two weeks so take that as a one-off or for him to win outright in an accumulator.
