World number 51 Richard Gasquet looks to be improving all the time after his latest injury lay-off and he has made the quarter-finals here in Parma via two convincing wins over Daniel Altmaier and Pedro Martinez. However, the Frenchman finds himself meeting 24-year-ld Jaume Munar for the first time with the Spaniard in some decent clay-court form this season. World number 80 Munar took out Mikael Ymer in the first round and was in control against Benoit Paire when his opponent retired from the match on Wednesday so he is yet to drop a set this campaign. The Spaniard made the final of the Andalucia Open at the start of the clay swing and could well reach another ATP 250 final here if he continues in this way. It could fall in two or three sets but take Munar to win outright here.
