Cam Norrie has enjoyed his time at the St. Petersburg Open so far having come through two three-set matches against opponents ranked significantly higher in the ATP 100. The British number three will face Andrey Rublev for the first time and has recent form for beating top 20 players with his five-set upset of Diego Schwartzman at the US Open last month. However, he faces a home favourite in Russia’s Andrey Rublev who came back from a set down to beat Ugo Humbert in the round of 16. Norrie is patient enough to make Rublev work for this match but the 21-year-old third seed here should end the Brit’s run here.
