Many are looking at Andrey Rublev as a potential outsider for the tournament and recent form certainly gives credence to that claim, as the Russian reached the quarter-finals of the French Open and most recently won the Hamburg European Open, beating the likes of Roberto Bautista Agut and Stefanos Tsitsipas along the way. The American’s game is also not suited to clay, with his big serve nullified by the slower surface, and he is likely to be outplayed from the back of the court by in-form Rublev. Expect a routine, straight-sets victory for the emerging Russian.
