Sydney Roosters vs Canterbury Bulldogs prediction

The Sydney Roosters recorded their most comprehensive performance of the season with a 64-12 demolition of the Dolphins at Suncorp Stadium. Sam Walker’s return has proved the impetus for the Roosters as he laid on three tries and booted ten goals from eleven attempts. James Tedesco chipped in with two tries and three assists in a man of the match performance that pushed his claims to be on the end of season plane to the Uk with the Kangaroos.

The Canterbury Bulldogs recorded a clinical 32-14 victory over the New Zealand Warriors at a wet and slippery Accor Stadium in Round 23. Captain Steven Crichton was a handful with five tackle breaks, a try, an assist and six goals in another complete performance for his club that sees a top two finishing position remaining a possibility.

The two sides have split the last six matches with three wins apiece. Canterbury recorded a 24-20 victory when they last met in May this year.

Both teams are playing at an elite level right now and this could go either way. We like the Bulldogs in a close battle.
