Sydney Roosters vs Brisbane Broncos prediction
The formbook is in favour of Sydney Roosters heading into arguably the biggest match of the round. Trent Robinson’s side come into this one on the back of five straight victories and are racking up points with ease right now, most recently putting up 62 points on St. George Illawarra Dragons following three consecutive over 30-point games.
However, Brisbane Broncos have a couple of their big stars back and Michael Maguire will no doubt have a plan for how his men can check in and pull off what would be their fourth successive win on the road this season in the NRL.
A more defensive contest may be on the cards with both teams respecting the opposition and the respective quality they possess going forwards. Neither backline gets bullied often and a physical affair is likely. With that in mind, tries could be hard to come by and backing under 9.5 of him is well worth considering.
Sydney Roosters vs Brisbane Broncos tip: Under 9.5 total tries
