South Sydney Rabbitohs vs New Zealand Warriors prediction
Two in-form teams clash as the South Sydney Rabbitohs host the high-flying New Zealand Warriors at Accor Stadium on Sunday.
The Rabbitohs (6th) had a bye in Round 12 but secured a 22-12 victory over the Wests Tigers in Round 11, their second consecutive win and third in five matches.
By contrast, the Warriors (3rd) suffered a 16-10 loss to the Canberra Raiders in Round 12, snapping a four game winning streak.
In their last meeting in 2024, the Warriors convincingly defeated the Rabbitohs 34-4. However, the Rabbitohs have won 8 of the last 10 encounters between the sides.
This promises to be a high-quality encounter. The Rabbitohs are playing with renewed confidence and are sure to test the Warriors' resilience. The Warriors will be determined to show their Round 12 loss was an aberration. The battle between the powerhouse forward packs will go a long way in deciding the outcome and we think the Rabbitohs can come away with this one.
