DING JUNHUI VS MARK KING PREDICTION
It has been an inconsistent season for Ding but his UK Championship triumph last December means he is only missing the coveted Crucible trophy to complete the fabled triple crown. The Chinese star boasts an excellent H2H record against Mark King having won seven of their eight meetings and, despite having not been in competitive action since February, you would still fancy him to come through this test. King will be carrying some confidence having defeated former champion Ken Doherty in qualifying last weekend, but Ding is a step up in class and should edge this one.
