Sebastian Korda vs Casper Ruud prediction

Sebastian Korda continued his progress in Stockholm as he defeated Kamil Majchrzak for the second time this year. The American won 82% of his first serve points and saved nine out of 10 break point opportunities as he broke late in the deciding set to win 6-4 4-6 7-5 after two hours and 33 minutes. 

Casper Ruud will be his next opponent after the Norwegian defeated veteran Marin Cilic in straight sets. Ruud made a poor start and went 3-0 down, but he broke back and took the first set on a tiebreak. The three-time Grand Slam finalist dropped just two points on his serve in the second set and broke as Cilic served to stay in the match to win 7-6 6-4.

They played against each other for the first time this year, with Ruud defeating Korda in straight sets in the third-round of Madrid. Korda will be a tough opponent for the Norwegian, but his serve and backhand were firing in the previous round, and he will be the favourite to come out on top.
