THE PREDICTION
Lyon were the form team in the Top 14 some time ago but three defeats from their last four, albeit all on the road, has seen them fall by the wayside in the race for the top two. Back-to-back defeats at Clermont and Toulouse came by creditable margins at least and they remain the toughest place to go in Europe in many respects, so travelling Toulon should struggle to create too much fuss here. The visitors have enjoyed their best stretch of form in an altogether troubling season with back-to-back wins at home to Clermont and La Rochelle taking them tantalisingly close to an unlikely play-off challenge. Toulon did manage a first away win in the league this time last month at Biarritz but fortress Lyon should stand strong here with the hosts likely to cover at least -5.
