THE PREDICTION
Wasps saw their huge eight-match unbeaten streak snapped in a tight 20-18 defeat at Lyon last Saturday as they valiantly fell from the semi-finals of the Challenge Cup. That is no embarrassment at at a tough place to go and Wasps fans will be eager to get right behind what is shaping up to be an incredible late charge for the play-offs against a tough Sale side coming off a heavy 41-22 defeat in the Champions Cup quarter-finals two weeks ago. Sale have failed to win their last three away games in the Premiership and Wasps have the extra motivation of usurping their opponents, and possibly even sixth-placed Exeter Chiefs, with victory. Back the hosts to win outright in what should be a tight match indeed.
