THE PREDICTION

Saracens lost 25-16 at Toulon last Saturday to crash out of the Challenge Cup semi-finals as the pre-tournament favourites. Premiership Rugby Cup aside, Sarries had won nine matches on the bounce and they will be eager to get straight back on the horse here with one more Premiership win guaranteeing them a place inside the play-offs next month. Northampton Saints edged out Harlequins 32-31 last time out but they have watched European competitions play-out over the last three weeks. The visitors will hope to be refreshed and not rusty here but Saracens are likely to be too strong at home, where they have won all but two matches this season in the league and Challenge Cup. Back Sarries to cover at least -8 here.
