THE PREDICTION
Sale Sharks stunned Wasps 7-16 on the road last time out to keep their slim hopes of making the play-offs alive, although they need several results to fall their way elsewhere.. They will feel confident of at least securing their Champions Cup place with a win here against travelling Bristol Bears, whom they beat over two legs in the Champions Cup back in April. The visitors have struggled this season but a 40-33 victory over West Country rivals Exeter last time out will have been a small consolation. Bristol actually won this fixture 9-10 in April before Sale found vengeance a week later and so backing Sale to edge this outright is not as cautious as first appears.
