THE PREDICTION

This could be the momentous match of the final day of the regular season in the United Rugby Championship with leaders Leicester needing a win to stave off Saracens in second place. The hosts have lost three of their last five matches across all competitions but a 5-27 victory at Newcastle Falcons last time out steadied the ship after a disappointing Champions Cup exit to Leinster. Travelling Wasps had been one of the form teams in Europe until back-to-back defeats at Lyon in the Challenge Cup and most recently at home to Sale Sharks in the Premiership. The visitors could sneak into the Champions Cup qualifiers with a win here and nerves could get the better of the leaders. Backing the hosts cautiously to edge this outright therefore seems wise.
