THE PREDICTION
Benetton have lost six and drawn one of their last seven matches across all competitions since beating Dragons here in the Challenge Cup group stages back in January. A 17-21 loss to Connacht here last Saturday is no great embarrassment and they will be eager to enjoy this break from the trials and tribulations of the United Rugby Championship in a winnable clash with the Top 14’s Perpignan. The visitors have lost four of their last five domestically but they were also not embarrassed in a 13-23 defeat at home to Top 14 leaders Montpellier last Saturday and this could come a little closer than some expect. An away win would still be a huge surprise here and if Benetton can rediscover some of the joy they had earlier this season they can be backed to cover at least -10.
