Bayonne have had a decent start to their Top 14 season with a surprise win over Clermont Auvergne a few weeks ago followed by a good away win at Stade Francais. A visit from La Rochelle last time out proved to be too much of a challenge but they still managed to score 19 points to La Rochelle’s 36 and a similarly high score looks set to play out here after. Home side Lyon have scored more than 25 points in their last two matches, including a 29-29 draw with in-form Pau last time out, and while Lyon are favourites they should be challenged here. Lyon will be expecting to win but this match should go well over 40 points before a victor is decided.
