La Rochelle have lost back-to-back games to Montpelier and Brive away from home to fall away once again from Toulouse at the top of the Top 14, though they can make some ground back in this home tie against lowly Agen. The visitors are rock-bottom and devoid of motivation having lost all 22 games played this season, though relegation has been scrapped this year to offer some hope of a better 2021/22.
