THE PREDICTION

Catalans Dragons will hope their decision to rest almost their entire first-choice side ahead of this play-off clash with Leeds Rhinos pays off. The French outfit knew they were in for a tough night as they went down to Wigan Warriors last week as they suffered their first loss in three games but now return to home soil with their key men back on deck. They take on a Leeds Rhinos outfit that left it late to book their spot in the top six as they produced a fightback to down Castleford Tigers in their do-or-die contest. The Rhinos have won seven of their last eight games, their only defeat coming against the Dragons but they will be buoyed by the potential return of Harry Newman in the centres. This is a tough game to call with both sides capable of progressing but home advantage could well be crucial and the Dragons are the slight preference to make it count.
