Quentin Halys vs Jack Draper prediction

Jack Draper features for the first time on the ATP Tour since last season’s US Open. 

The Brit made a winning return to action in the Davis Cup earlier this month and steps up his comeback against Quentin Halys in Dubai. 

This is a first meeting at this level but they did lock horns at a lower tier on two occasions in 2022 with Jack prevailing each time. 

Halys has been inconsistent in 2026, although he did come through qualifying without dropping a set and is a threat on his day.

The reality is that this is all about Draper. There’s a plenty of question marks over the British number one, but that may be more to do with general fitness across a tournament and how his shoulder hold up against the very best. 

Halys will look to test him but we expect the fourth seed to come through okay.
