Quentin Halys vs August Holmgren prediction
Quentin Halys could only record two victories from his three events on grass leading up to Wimbledon. He lost in the first-round of Eastbourne after a straight sets defeat to Mattia Bellucci. Halys does have a decent record at Wimbledon, having made the third-round in the last two years.
August Holgrem is into the main draw of a Grand Slam for the first time after winning all three stages of qualifying matches. The Dane was involved in a dramatic match with Yosuke Watanuki as he came from two sets to love down to win after coming out on top in lengthy tiebreaks in set four and five.
Halys will be the favourite but his form on the grass so far has been average at best. Holgrem has a strong serve and a good forehand which is likely to win him quite a few points. He has the ability to take a set off the Frenchman and put some pressure on him, but Halys will still be heavily favoured to advance.
