Pedro Martinez vs Tomas Martin Etcheverry prediction

Pedro Martinez is competing in his first grass court match of the season. He last played at the French Open, where he was thoroughly outclassed by Denis Shapovalov in the first-round, losing in straight sets. The Spaniard has struggled for form this season and hasn’t done much on grass since making the third-round of Wimbledon back in 2021.

Tomas Martin Etcheverry has already made the transition to grass but lost in the first-round of the Libema Open to Otto Virtanen. Etcheverry was competitive in both sets but lost 7-6 7-5.

Neither player is particularly suited to grass, but Etcheverry is in the better form of the two, having reached the semi-finals of the Hamburg Open a few weeks ago.
