Oleksandra Oliynykova vs Anna Bondar prediction

Oleksandra Oliynykova picked up her first win of the season in round one after defeating Mayar Sherif in three sets. The Ukrainian had the chance to serve for the first set but was broken at 5-4, before going on to lose in the tiebreak despite having a set point. Oliynykova recovered well to win 6-7 (6) 6-4 6-4 after two hours and 54 minutes. She already showed a strong level at the Australian Open as she pushed defending champion Madison Keys at times in the first-round before losing in straight sets.

She takes on Anna Bondar. She also came from a set down to beat Ella Seidel in the first-round. She levelled the match up in the second set after edging ahead in the tiebreak, before racing ahead to win 4-6 7-6 (6) 6-0 after two hours and 39 minutes.

Oliynykova has shown a decent level at the start of the season, but the higher ranked Bondar will be expected to come through with the victory.
