Nikola Bartunkova vs Barbora Krejcikova prediction

Barbora Krejcikova produced a fine comeback to defeat French Open champion Mirra Andreeva.

The 2024 Wimbledon winner showed all her Grand Slam class as she upset the fifth seed 4-6 7-5 6-4.

The Czech will now face her compatriot Nikola Bartunkova, who has already taken down Peyton Stearns and another Czech in the shape of 32nd seed Katerina Siniakova. 

This will be a first clash between two Czechs with a 10-year age gap between them. 

Bartunkova will relish the occasion and play with freedom, but if Krejcikova is fit, she is always a real threat in these conditions and we fancy her to edge it in three.
