TIM MEANS VS UROS MEDIC LOWDOWN
Tim Means (33-15-1 (1)) was in dire form losing three on the trot. He got submitted by Kevin Holland (2022), lost a split decision to Max Griffin (2022) and then got submitted again, this time by Alex Morono (2023). That put a lot of pressure on him as he fought Andre Fialho (2023) but battled in a ‘Fight of the Night’ display reeling off a third-round knockout. It was a performance he was desperate for and now looks to build off it.
Uros Medic (9-2) plans to stifle any momentum as he looks to gain his own coming off a loss. He has had tough scheduling taking on Jalin Turner (2021) in his second UFC fight. He got submitted in the first round but responded with two vintage knockouts over Omar Morales (2022) and Matt Semelsberger (2023). He then met Myktybek Orolbai (2023) who extended his streak with a submission.
TIM MEANS VS UROS MEDIC PREDICTION
This is a great match-up between two highly skilled strikers who both throw over five significant strikes per minute. Means also has decent grappling in the locker which he will call upon should he take any damage.
Means will try and make this ugly and the more he wrestles and clinches, the more chance he has. Medic is a very dangerous striker and he has the power, speed and youth to overwhelm the ageing veteran.
We are backing Medic who has finished all of his wins. He will need an impeccable performance to put Means away, but we believe he can pull it off.
