SAIDYOKUB KAKHRAMONOV VS TREVIN JONES LOWDOWN
Saidyokub Kakhramonov makes his debut in the Octagon and he brings a 8-2 record into this fight. The well-rounded bantamweight fights out of Chicago and while he has done his time in the regional circuits, two big knockouts in his last two fights has earned a chance in the big time. With three submission wins and three via knockout, Kakhramonov has plenty of ways to win a fight.
Trevin Jones has been frustrated by a series of cancelled bouts as he looks to kick on in the UFC after his impressive TKO win over Mario Bautista at UFC 259. He was due to fight Mana Martinez on this card but after he was scratched for undisclosed reasons, Kakhramonov was given the call and now Jones must adjust to another new fighter.

Trevin Jones’ preparation for this fight has been disrupted once again after the withdrawal of his previous opponent once again but he should be accustomed to that now. He may carry the more unflattering record of 13-6 compared to Kakhramonov’s 8-2 but the quality of opponent has been significantly better for Jones. He should be able to impose his style on Kakhramonov and come away with the victory here. A stoppage could well be on the cards also so if it does not go to the scorecards, we envisage Jones by KO/TKO.
