JARNO ERRENS VS STEVEN NGUYEN LOWDOWN
Jarno Errens (13-5-1) is still searching for his first UFC dub after two attempts. William Gomis (2022) welcomed him to the big time at UFC fight Night 209 and came up on top in a majority decision. Errens returned a year later at UFC Fight Night 225 and lost another decision, this time to Seung Woo Choi (2023) to go 1-3 in his last four.
Now, it is his turn to welcome a debutant. Steven Nguyen (9-1) makes his entrance after two successful showings on the Contender Series. He earnt a unanimous decision over Theo Rlayang (2021) and then knocked out AJ Cunningham (2023) to seal his spot on the roster.
JARNO ERRENS VS STEVEN NGUYEN PREDICTION
This should be a very exciting battle on the feet. They match up very similarly physically and they are both aggressive and dynamic strikers. Errens has more speed and movement whereas Nguyen packs more power.
That said, they both have knockout power although considering how durable they are, we expect to see the bell. We are leaning towards Nguyen with his power inflicting more damage to impress the judges. However, the value pick is Errens considering the odds.
