Bobby Green’s (27-11(1)) resurgence was halted by Thiago Moises back in October, tainting a brilliant year for the veteran. He lost unanimous decisions to Drakkar Klose and Francisco Trinaldo but went into 2020 rejuvenated and strung together three quality performances and unanimous decisions against Clay Guida, Lando Vannata and Alan Patrick.
Jim Miller (32-15(1)) is remarkably still slugging it out in the UFC. This will be his 37th UFC fight and 37 years old. His UFC record is 21-14(1) and he is still picking up wins. He submitted Jason Gonzalez and Clay Guida before losing a unanimous decision to Scott Holtzman but picked up another submission and shock win over Roosevelt Roberts. He lost another unanimous decision to Vinc Pichel in his last outing, but he is gunning for another submission over Green.

More good veteran matchmaking by the UFC. They match up similarly with the difference being Green’s height advantage and Miller’s southpaw stance. We know Green’s route to victory is defending the takedowns and piecing Miller up on the feet for three rounds and for Miller, it will be getting Green to the ground with strikes or takedowns and displaying his supreme jiu-jitsu.
Green has looked good lately even in his loss to Moises which could have gone his way and he has the takedown defence to keep the fight where he wants it. Green has also never been submitted in the UFC, but you cannot count Miller out if the fight goes to the floor.
