Mattia Bellucci lost his first three matches on grass at the Birmingham Classic, Libema Open and Queen’s Club. The Italian did find some form at Eastbourne as he won three matches including qualifying but he still fell to a disappointing loss to Great Britian’s Billy Harris in the round-of-16.
