Matteo Arnaldi vs Alexander Zverev prediction

Alexander Zverev recovered from a second-set collapse to avoid a shock loss to Jacob Fearnley in Vienna.

The second seed dug deep to edge the Brit 6-4 1-6 7-6 and set up a third encounter this year with Matteo Arnaldi.

The Italian beat fellow qualifier Aleksandar Kovacevic 7-5 6-4 and will hope its third time lucky against the German having lost lost both of their previous encounters in a deciding set. 

Zverev may not be as consistent as he has been in previous years, but he remains a tough obstacle, particularly on an indoor hardcourt and it may well be a tough case of deja vu for Arnaldi, with the world number three coming through again.
