The Greek was in scintillating form as she raced to a 6-1 6-3 success over the Turkish hopeful.
The world number 52 will now face sixth seed Jasmine Paolini for a fifth time.
The head to head is tied at 2-2 but the Italian has won both matches on hardcourts, including a tight 7-6 7-6 victory in Cincinnati last year.
Paolini will be eager to kickstart her season after being shocked in the third round at the Australian Open by youngster Iva Jovic.
