Magda Linette vs Iga Swiatek prediction

Iga Swiatek meets fellow Pole Magda Linette for a third time when they lock horns in Paris.

The world number three is level at 1-1 in the head-to-head with her compatriot, who triumphed 1-6 7-5 6-3 when they last met in Miami earlier this year. 

Linette saw off former Roland-Garros winner Jelena Ostapenko in the previous round while Swiatek took care of Sara Bejlek. 

World number 73 Linette may well relish this challenge on such a big stage and could well take a set but this is Iga’s favourite venue and her Grand Slam pedigree should see her through on her preferred surface.
