Luke Littler lost a fiery encounter with Gian van Veen in last week's quarter-final in Manchester, which marked the first time the world number one had lost his opening Premier League match since Night 4 in Belfast.

Littler remains top of the table heading into Brighton though, and will be determined to bounce back after emotions appeared to get the better of him in Manchester.

Stephen Bunting went one better at the AO Arena, defeating Michael van Gerwen before losing to an inspired Gerwyn Price in the semi-finals.

The Bullet probably needs to be reaching finals in order to force himself into the play-off mix though - a feat he has only managed once in the 2026 Premier League.

Littler has hit over twice as many 180s as Bunting has in this year's tournament - 69 to 30 - so the youngster seems a solid choice to hit more maximums.
