St. Helens won’t be able to overturn the point difference required for them to overtake Hull KR in this match and failure to win will seal their fate when it comes to chasing the top six. It will be history for all the wrong reasons if the Saints officially miss out on the play-offs and it’s difficult to see them pulling off a miracle when considering the numerous players that they are missing through injury.
Leigh Leopards will nail down a top six finish by winning this game and should be laser-focused after dropping their last match against Huddersfield Giants. At home though, the Leopards are a different animal and Adrian Lam’s side are expected to seal St. Helens’ fate in this one.
