Kamil Majchrzak vs Sebastian Korda prediction

Kamil Majchrzak continued his good form with a comfortable victory over seventh seed Nuno Borges in the second-round. The Pole made a fast start and didn’t let his level drop as he won 6-1 6-3 after just an hour and seven minutes. This was the second match in succession that Majchrzak wasn’t broken on serve and he has now won seven matches on the trot after his title on the Challenger Tour just over a week ago.

He will now take on Sebastian Korda. Korda was making his return to the tour after a stress fracture in his right shin had kept him out of action for nearly three months. The American looked solid despite a lack of match sharpness as he beat Vit Kopriva 6-3 6-4. Korda was in control from the start and will hope to get more matches under his belt before the start of the US Open.

Majchrzak is likely to be a really tough opponent for Korda, given his recent performances and we think he’s good value to take at least a set off the 11th seed in this encounter.
