Josh Rock vs Stephen Bunting prediction

Despite averaging over seven points more than Luke Littler in last week's quarter-final in Cardiff, Josh Rock was made to pay for missed doubles against the world champion and ultimately lost 6-4.

The Premier League debutant, who is still searching for his first points in the competition, reached the semi-finals of the UK Open over the weekend, where he again lost to Littler.

Stephen Bunting reached the last 16 in Minehead, where he was defeated 10-7 by Rock, and the Bullet has been handed an immediate opportunity to avenge that loss.

Bunting lost in the quarter-finals in last week's Premier League event in Cardiff, missing a match dart to defeat Gerwyn Price, and sits seventh in the table ahead of Nottingham.

Rock has scored extremely well over the past week and will gave gained confidence from his run to the last four at the UK Open. If he can tidy up on his doubles, we fancy him to get off the mark against Bunting.
