Former World Grand Prix winner Jonny Clayton begins his latest quest to qualify for the Grand Slam of Darts in what could be a tough opener for the Ferret.
Clayton, the world number five, was a semi-finalist here last year and also reached the last four of the recent World Series of Darts Finals in Amsterdam.
Krzysztof Ratajski can be a clinical doubler so you would expect his World Grand Prix record to be a little stronger than it is, with just one quarter-final appearance to show from his six previous participations.
The Polish Eagle still has some excellent darts in his locker though, and he is not somehow you write off easily with the 49-year-old having made the quarters of the most recent stagings of the PDC World Darts Championship and the UK Open.
Clayton generally navigates his way through the first hurdle in big events though, and we're backing him to win a tight contest.
