Jenson Brooksby will be aiming for a return to form to help him crack the top 100 once again. 

The American has been flying up the rankings following a lengthy period of injury hell, but has only won one of his last four outings since reaching the final in Eastbourne.

However, the 24-year-old now sits at 102 in the world and will pass that barrier with a solid run in Cincinnati. 

First up, Brooksby will face Alexandre Muller for the first time with the Frenchman’s superb 2025 turning a touch sour of late. The world number 40, who has reached a career high this year, has only won two of his last nine matches. 

Muller much prefers clay and could be vulnerable with low confidence against the unorthodox Brooksby, who will be eager to make his mark in front of a pro American crowd.
