Jannik Sinner vs Alexander Zverev prediction

Jannik Sinner reached his second successive Wimbledon final after ending Novak Djokovic’s latest quest for a 25th Grand Slam title with a straight sets win. Sinner produced his best performance of the tournament so far as he faced just one break point on his way to winning 6-4 6-4 6-4. He will now go up against world number two Alexander Zverev in the final.

Zverev became the 13th male player in the Open Era to advance to all four Grand Slam finals as he ended wildcard Arthur Fery’s incredible run in the last four. Fery was competitive up to the end of the first set, but Zverev would go on to win the tiebreak with ease, and he raced clear in the next two sets to win 7-6 (0) 6-2 6-4.

Sinner leads the head-to-head 10-4 and has won their last nine meetings overall, but this will be their first match against each other on grass. They have already faced each other in a major final, with Sinner easing to a comfortable win at the Australian Open in 2025. Zverev is playing with confidence after finally winning his first major at Roland Garros last month, and he should be able to keep pace with Sinner if his serve is firing. However, the Italian will be very difficult to stop if he replicates his semi-final performance.
